Before entering into the cold waters of Stabilizer Bay, plungers have collected pledges previously and turned in their monies between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. that day. Note: If plungers stoppage until Sunday, Jan. 29, without pre-registration, there will be a $100 fee.
