Troy Hixon, 45, his girlfriend, another ball and his father, former Ku Klux Klan Exalted Cyclops George Hixon, 73, were drinking at placid in Osceola County, Florida, when, according to the sheriff’s write-up, Troy Hixon threw his girlfriend down and began shooting into the range near her. The unnamed girlfriend told deputies the incident happened after she complained about being artificial to drink cheap beer while the men drank “good beer” — Budweiser, according to the communication. Troy Hixon explained the gunshots by telling a deputy he “did the redneck quirk” by shooting holes in a trash can full of water so it could drain. Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to have a deposition with her attorneys because he's being sued for allegedly holding three men surety in an SUV. So a substitute alternatively of showing up she went shopping and then spout the blackness partying and drinking. According to TMZ : 

Lindsay is being sued over the 2007 set-to ... in which she allegedly hijacked an SUV -- with three men and a baggie of cocaine imprisoned.  Lindsay allegedly took the situation and chased another car from Malibu to Santa Monica, where she was at bottom arrested for DUI.
