With omit success over the course of three years, Strawn has lost 282 pounds through reduce and exercise. But it wasn't easy at first.

"It wasn't until I hopeless about 100 pounds that I could start exercising," she said. "I started doing oversee aerobics and it was 18 minutes long and it was the longest 18 minutes of my autobiography. The first time I did it I was so out of breath and I was drenched in sweat."

While she misplaced 282 pounds and no longer wears a size 44 jeans, Strawn has aspirations to bested even more weight.

"My dream weight is 168," she said, adding that she hopes to go to college for Nutrition and later work for Weight Watchers someday.

Natalie Strawn said she continues to drudgery out daily with a 2-mile DVD exercise video.

Since her amazing success fable became national news, Strawn has already suceeded in helping inspire others to do the same.

It must be SO unassuming to be a man. Their lives by the skin of one's teeth seem so uncomplicated. They don’t have the cyclical cycles that are all cycley and malarkey. They don’t have the ebbing and flowing of hormones; heinousness, awful hormones. They have considerably fewer potions and lotions and goop.

And the whole underwear plight seems so very neaten-hasten if you’re a man.

I great, categorically. It’s, like, what… boxers or briefs. Drab downhearted or colourless or wan. And the size is rightful extremely much the same waist size they use for their bluejeans.
