Can white corduroy safely be bleached without discoloration?

Question: I bought a jacket with white velvet busy and I love him, except for patches of different colors everywhere mystery. Can be bleached without turning pink or another color?

Answer: Corduroy is off the supply of cotton. Cotton can be bleached.
First try: full laundry cleaning liquid and a brush on the stain, repeat once or twice and see if it can do so before more drastic growth.
